I’m Taylor (she/her), a therapist and writer with a background in crisis work, public education, domestic violence advocacy, and housing justice. I’m on a lifelong journey of learning and unlearning, and deepening my understanding of healing that is collective and liberatory.

As a white, neurodivergent, disabled survivor and mom, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to everything I do. I care deeply about making healing more accessible, and I believe in care that disrupts, resists, and reimagines.

I joined Liberatory Wellness Network because I believe in building something bigger than ourselves: a mental health ecosystem grounded in community, justice, and abolition. At LWN, I contribute through writing, outreach, and supporting the web behind the work.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me playing with my kids, doodling in a sketchbook, or watching TV.
