Bio

I am passionate about helping individuals reclaim agency in their lives, embrace their unique experiences, and challenge traditional narratives of what healing looks like. Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and together, we’ll explore what it means for you in an empowering and affirming way.
As a Queer, Fat, Trans, Neurodivergent, and Brown therapist, I know how important it is to feel seen and understood in therapy. My practice is dedicated to supporting people like me—those who may feel marginalized or unseen—by providing a space where you can feel celebrated and understood in your entirety.
My therapeutic approach centers on fostering authentic human connection. I strive to see you for who you truly are, honoring and celebrating every part of your identity, so you know that you are not alone in your journey. Whether you're navigating trauma, identity exploration, neurodivergence, or simply seeking a space where you can be your full self, I am here to walk with you every step of the way.
