Bio

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York City, providing individual therapy to emerging adults, especially those who are neurodivergent, queer, and/or disabled. My clinical work focuses on complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, & transitional stress. I have a particular passion for working with performers, including dancers, actors, and other creatives, as well as athletes. I enjoy helping those who are often overlooked or misunderstood in education and movement spaces find a sense of purpose, belonging, and empowerment in their personal and relational lives.

I approach therapy from a relational psychodynamic perspective, meaning I help clients understand how past relationships & early experiences shape their current emotional well-being, relationships, & sense of self. My commitment to intersectionality, accessibility, & autonomy means that I tailor my approach to each individual's unique identities & desires.

If you're seeking an expansive and affirming space to explore your thoughts and feelings, I invite you to connect with me for a free 15 minute consultation. Together, we can navigate the complexities of your experiences and work towards your goals.
