My entire practice centers Neurodiversity. I offer Education/Consultation for therapists, community members, friends and family, and Mad and Neurodivergent (Neurospicy, Neuroqueer, Neuro-emergent, etc) folks wanting guidance. Modalities include: Breathwork (Holotropic, trauma-informed), Somatic Experiencing, Dreamwork (non-Jungian), Spiritual Guidance, Ancestral Healing and Reconnection, Jewish-oriented spiritual guidance and healing, Body/Energy work (Craniosacral, SE Touch) and Ecological connection/healing.
Folk Medicine and Arts: Ancestral Crafts, Music, Traditional Remedies, Amulets, Food and Story as paths to healing. Folk Healing and Lore are Lifeways-based: elements such as food, medicine, crafts, arts, spirituality, blend and resist categorization. I have a strong practice involving ancestral foods and "skills" and can offer instruction in many hands on skills (i.e. basketry, embroidery, fermentation, tracking) in a way which in is in line with one's ancestral healing healing path.
Divination: I offer Readings which are also deeply somatic and ancestral. With consent, I sometimes involve divination methods in my other modalities, such as Somatic and Ancestral healing sessions.
Breathwork: This is a type of Breathwork designed to facilitate altered states of consciousness which can be visionary/oracular, help you connect to your Spirit folks, to your body and lifeforce, move and release stuck energies, and many more possibilities. It is generally done to music. While my style of Breathwork is closest to what's known as Holotropic, I studied with a school that is trauma and social justice informed (Breath Liberation Society), and pretty different from the average Breathwork methods and training.
I like to let people know that my various modalities can often overlap considerably.
