Hi, I'm Amie (she/her), an intersectional feminist therapist dedicated to helping individuals break free from societal expectations, embrace their full selves, and live in alignment with their values. I offer an affirming, trauma-informed, and radically compassionate space for healing and growth. My approach centers on the intersections of identity, power, and systemic oppression, drawing on my commitment to social justice, decolonization, and anti-oppressive care. I believe in the transformative power of community, self-empowerment, and collective liberation, and I'm passionate about supporting clients as they navigate personal and political struggles with authenticity and courage.

I specialize in working with women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and others who are navigating burnout, existential dread, and societal pressures. My practice blends feminist therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and empowerment-based approaches to help clients reconnect with their values and cultivate meaningful lives in the face of systemic and political challenges. I have a deep passion for helping highly sensitive people, people pleasers, and adult children of emotionally immature parents reclaim their voices, set boundaries, and rewrite the narratives that no longer serve them. My approach is grounded in social justice, anti-colonialism, and trauma-informed care, with a focus on fostering resilience, community, and self-compassion.
I offer clinical supervision for LPCs in Ohio that’s relational, collaborative, and rooted in social justice.
