My practice blends feminist therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and empowerment-based approaches to help clients reconnect with their values and cultivate meaningful lives in the face of systemic and political challenges. I have a deep passion for helping highly sensitive people, people pleasers, and adult children of emotionally immature parents reclaim their voices, set boundaries, and rewrite the narratives that no longer serve them. My approach is grounded in social justice, anti-colonialism, and trauma-informed care, with a focus on fostering resilience, community, and self-compassion.
