Bio

My clinical experience has centered around supporting individuals living with complex PTSD — those who have endured chronic, repeated, and relational trauma. I’ve worked across multiple clinics, walking alongside clients as they navigate the long and often non-linear process of healing. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and attunement to the nervous system. I understand that survival strategies were once necessary, and I honor the courage it takes to imagine something beyond just getting by. Together, we work toward reclaiming safety, agency, and the possibility of thriving — even when that next step feels unfamiliar or frightening.

Areas of focus

My clinical work centers on supporting individuals living with complex PTSD and chronic exposure to trauma, particularly those whose experiences have deeply impacted their sense of self. I help clients explore how long-term trauma can fragment identity, disrupt self-trust, and complicate the process of understanding who they are. Much of my work involves gently untangling these effects while holding space for the ways culture, race, gender, neurodivergence, and chronic illness intersect within their stories. Together, we work toward reclaiming a more integrated and self-defined sense of identity.
