Bio
I am a registered social worker in Ontario, Canada, with a background in Human Development and Family Studies and over 17 years experience working with children and families. I support parents in reflecting on their intergenerational trauma patterns to be able to develop connected relationships with their children. I particularly support parents starting pregnancy up to 12 year old children. I am also supporting adult women facing cultural conflicts, interpersonal trauma and burnout.
Areas of focus
Parent counselling, attachment parenting, individual counselling, intergenerational trauma. Modalities - CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, somatic modalities.

Individual - $170/50 minutes
Parent and Child / Co-Parents - $200/50 minutes
