My name is Brenda Ramos. I work as a mindfulness-based mentor & coach, meditation teacher, and movement guide. I use the practice of mindfulness to help people see where they may be living out of alignment with their core values so they can reconnect with their inner wisdom and create sustainable, dynamic balance throughout their life.
