I am working on getting credentialed with Medicaid and OPTUM in Texas.
I am a White cisgender woman who uses she/her pronouns. I hold significant privilege in my various identities, and pay particular attention to the power differential that occurs in the "helping relationship" and within my role as a therapist. I believe that therapy is an opportunity to radically challenge the dominant narratives in our society that have centered identities of privilege at the expense of others.
I am a midwesterner who has moved from Minnesota to Texas to be closer to my partner's side of the family. I am therefore a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both the state of Minnesota and Texas.
I have been practicing therapy since 2010. Prior to that, I was living in Chicago, IL where I provided therapy in a school based setting. I have over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings working with individuals and families. I have extensive experience with adolescents and young adults and feel particularly humbled to join in the exploration of identity formation that occurs during these periods of development.

I specialize with AFAB individuals who are later diagnosed or curious about being neurodivergent; predominantly ADHD and/or Autism. I incorporate my knowledge of hormone cycles and their impact on mental health to support people in practicing greater self compassion and acceptance of their body's natural rhythms.
I also work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma and find ways to unblend and differentiate from their wounded and protective parts. Through utilizing Internal Family Systems model, mindfulness strategies and experiential techniques, I work to depathologize behaviors and "symptoms" and help with releasing patterns that are no longer helpful.
Initial Intake: $220 Individual psychotherapy session (53-55 min): $150
