You deserve to feel better. We are complex individuals living in complex systems, externally and internally. You deserve support that honors all aspects of your lived experience. There are a variety of reasons you may be seeking support, which include (but are not limited to) personal, relational, occupational and societal stressors. We work with you to co-create a safer clinical environment and therapeutic alliance. This interdisciplinary way of working includes relational and psychodynamic paradigms, holistic wellness approaches, and arts-based practices which cultivate engaged healing.
We also provide inclusive and culturally relevant clinical supervision, training, and support to BIPOC & LGBTQ+ clinicians with a specialization in anti-oppressive counseling focusing on the intersectionality of trauma work and systemic violence while working from a relational and person centered position.

Sliding scale $65-$270
Our solidarity rates are for ongoing long term low cost sessions
Our redistribution rates are for ongoing long term market rate sessions which help to subsidize the care of low cost sessions to make sure all our clinicians are paid equitability and fairly for their labor
