Areas of focus
I use a somatic approach to help clients move from a stuck place of just thinking and finding quick solutions or stuffing down to feeling. Together, we create a new experience for the body to be a safe place once again to release emotion, pain, and whatever else has been contained and then fuse that with ways to think and cope and function in the day to day. It's not easy and the road can feel long, but self-liberation is incredibly powerful.
