I provide a therapeutic space for you to process the difficulties of your past and present, and venture to understand the patterns that prevent you from having the life that you want. I believe that healing is a long and difficult journey that is best done in connection with empathetic others. As your therapist, I will join you in your journey and provide safety, understanding, acceptance, reflection, and perspective that is rarely found in our everyday relationships. This therapeutic relationship will facilitate healing, growth, skills, and courage to take steps in your life that in the past have been too daunting.
