I work primarily within New Zealand and under NZ laws.
I am a counsellor and a movement therapist. I am an immigrant woman of colour, a mother, a performer and story teller, but mostly, a passionate learner. I wholeheartedly believe in healing in community and connection with ourselves and others. I am a witness of the power that joy, creativity and play have in healing.
My approach as a therapist is to walk alongside my clients in partnership and collaboration, supporting their journey of recovering their true selves and honouring the process.
I have a masters degree in Counselling by the University of Auckland, and postgraduate courses in Gender and Women's studies. I have undergone training in psychotherapeutic movement, IFS, narrative therapy, and ACT.
I am a certified yoga (embodied flow), aerial yoga, somatic movement (Thomas Hannah), and aerial arts instructor.

Most of my experience in the past 20 years has been around sexual and domestic violence, trauma, depression and anxiety.
