I describe myself as quirky, creative, feminist, introverted, and intuitive. My struggles in life have included anxiety, depression, grief, insecurity, trauma, and shame.
I am hopeful and realistic, and I believe in this work because I have seen how far I have personally come in my own therapy.
In my spare time, I enjoy crocheting, seeing live music, and hiking with friends.
