Bio

I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling. I have been in practice for over 13 years providing care to individuals and families. I operate from an intersectional, anti oppressive, and abolitionist lens. I believe deeply in social Justice, body liberation, and harm reduction practices. I am a person with lived experience of substance use, mental illness, houselessness and poverty. I am a domestic violence survivor and a bereaved mother who has lost children to the war on drugs.

I operate from a Relational Cultural feminist perspective and employ somatic experiencing, DBT, and EMDR in my practice.
