Bio

I enjoy supporting folks who are struggling with issues around life direction and finding meaning. In this late stage of capitalism, many people are suffering the consequences of understandable responses to negative life situations and the burdens imposed by modern society. As a therapist, I see myself not as a distant expert but as a fellow human who has also experienced existential anxiety and fear. I strive to guide others through the difficult process of accepting and living with the inevitabilities of human life. Ultimately, I believe lasting wellness and wholeness come from living an embodied and authentic life in attunement with all living beings.

Areas of focus

I draw from a wide range of trainings and interests, integrating theory and techniques from trauma-informed, harm-reduction, somatics, person-centered, ACT, feminist, multicultural, decolonial, mindfulness, and abolition, modifying my approach to best meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
