Bio
Hi there! I am a neurodivergent therapist with chronic illnesses and my own lived experience. Personally, I am an artist, a nerd, witchy, an animal lover, and I play D&D! I feel passionately about working with people who have struggled to feel like they belong, self-proclaimed misfits & weirdos, creatives, and sensitive souls. I believe that YOU are the expert in your life and I am here to be a flashlight as you explore all of the complex, beautiful parts of yourself and lean into your truth.
Areas of focus
I work from an integrative perspective utilizing elements of DBT, parts work, person-centered therapy, self compassion, tapping, and Brainspotting. My clients are typically neurodivergent adults struggling with self-acceptance, anxiety, boundary setting, chronic illness/pain, and managing emotions. I am neurodivergent identified and queer affirming, and have appreciation for all types of spiritual beliefs and relationship structures. Id love to take the next steps in building the life that you want through a therapist relationship built on authenticity.
