Bio

finding a shared language with my clients is a passion of mine & i fully believe it helps further the connection & growth we can reach together. i am child-free by choice which means i have endless energy & patience to hear about your kids & their behaviors! while working with children in several types of settings over the years, it became clear to me that parents / caregivers need more individualized support. i am very delighted to offer that support. i also love working with non-parents because most parenting issues end up diving into root causes of those issues so we all end up navigating life together regardless of whether children are part of it.

Areas of focus

my specialty & expertise is mostly in helping adults navigate their experiences as caregivers to children. either parents, grandparents, educators, etc. anyone who wants some support with developmental expectations, behavior guidance, & more! my masters degree is Social Work & i have previously received my licensure, though i do not currently keep it renewed. i am certified both in Play Therapy & also in Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention as formal techniques. i also use more esoteric tools when it resonates with my clients, so never be afraid to ask for a framework you enjoy.

Cost of Services

my sessions are all choose your price, starting at $40 & maxing at $120.
as of now, i am not working with insurance because this offers my clients more flexibility.
