Are you struggling with or exploring your sex life? Your gender identity or sexuality? Are you trying to understand your LGBTQ+ kiddo or loved one? Maybe you already know who you are, but need a safe affirming place to process the many facets of your identity. Imagine if you felt confident enough to show up as your authentic self everyday; if you felt empowered in your sexuality; if you felt more informed and prepared to advocate for yourself and loved ones. Would feeling more confident, empowered, and equipped take a weight off your chest?
Change happens through authentic connection and meaningful relationships. Together we will develop skills to better help you navigate the climate we live in. We will evaluate stories you tell yourself, and stories that are told to you facilitating a deeper sense of self awareness and self acceptance that you are enough exactly as you are.
As a lesbian identified therapist am a co-conspirator in your counseling journey here to offer you support, guidance, education, and an empathetic knowing you are doing the best you can in the moment we are in. I have experience and training working with LGBTQIA+ individuals at a variety of ages and stages of self discovery.
Areas of focus
I provide teletherapy in Oklahoma for folks who are tired of hiding who they are, and are searching for more authenticity and connection in their lives. I love working with folks who are fed up with people-pleasing, tired of shutting down parts of themselves, and done with feeling isolated in their shame or self-loathing.
In my work with clients, I operate from the perspective that we’re all doing the best we can in the moment we’re in with the tools we’ve got. This often means that many of us spend years and years of our lives as inauthentic versions of ourselves as a way to survive, even long after the original threat has passed. I absolutely love being able to help my clients restore a sense of safety, self-trust, connection and authenticity to their lives.
Whether it’s through sexual empowerment and kink, gender and identity exploration, expanding your love through ethical non-monogamy, or learning to love and trust yourself on a deeper level, I am here for all of it.
