Bio

Hi! I'm Lori. I've been a therapist for 12 years, with much of that time spent working in jails, supporting incarcerated folks, and most recently, as a clinical supervisor for an org that does police diversion work, trying to keep community members out of jail. I am passionate about abolition, animal rescue, and environmental protection. I'm from NJ--I moved to Atlanta in 2021--as of April 2025, I am living in a van full time, traveling the country with my dog!

Areas of focus

I am big on mindfulness and spirituality as I think they are the foundation upon which the rest of the work happens. I focus on issues of self-worth and childhood experiences to help you understand the causes of the challenging patterns that you seek to change. I teach about trauma and often end up using reparenting exercises as a way to make positive change.
