Bio

When utilizing M.D. Psychological Services, you will find that I incorporate aspects of Critical and Liberation Psychology, which aims to address societal circumstances that influence mental wellness. In addition, I use Client-Centered approaches which focus on individual’s unique strengths and values while providing positive feedback during our work together. My approach is also collaborative, meaning that we work together to identify areas of change, and that I highly value client input in all our interactions.
