Bio

Hi, I'm Nethra. I'm a psychotherapist (M.A.) and yoga practitioner (RYT-200H). My approach is client-centered, relational, and holistic. It is rooted in values of social justice, equity, collective liberation, and community healing. I'm trained in trauma-focused, LGBTQ+ affirmative, neurodivergent affirmative, and feminist therapy.
Psychotherapy, as I see it, is not just a conversation; it is a courageous expedition inward. Together, we will make room for every hidden voice and every untold story, allowing an unfolding of the self, layer by layer. With a holistic perspective that honours the mind, body, and emotions, we will co-create a safe space to explore the uncharted.
My therapeutic style is informal and non-judgmental. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, to walk with you along this deep work, creating space for personal transformation and community healing.
My training across New York and India has shaped a practice that bridges global perspectives and local wisdom. Fluent in English and well-versed in Tamil and Telugu, I bring a diverse and multicultural understanding to my work that honours individuality while fostering shared healing and growth.
