Bio

Olivia is a Self Discovery and Life Coach for First Gen women. She uses the healing and transformative power of art and embodiment to help her clients break free of the judgement of others and become their most authentic and expressive selves. She is an eldest daughter of Korean immigrants, the black sheep of the family who learned to love herself through creative expression. Her work is grounded in the belief that reclaiming our relationship with our bodies, the body of the earth, and reclaiming art as a practice for honest and free self-expression are revolutionary acts and pathways to personal liberation.

Areas of focus

Creative Expression - Using art and storytelling, we’ll tap into your self-expression and creativity, breaking down the internal barriers that prevent you from fully embracing who you are. This modality helps you cultivate confidence, reframe your family dynamics, and live life on your own terms without fear of judgment.
Embodiment and Somatic Practices - I guide you in tuning into your body to release the emotional and physical barriers created by family expectations and cultural pressures. Through movement, breathwork, and body awareness, you’ll cultivate deeper self-trust, build emotional resilience, and create a foundation of self-compassion that supports your healing journey.
Spiritual exploration and Depth Work - Together, we’ll explore and redefine your beliefs, helping you connect with your inner wisdom. Through spiritual practices, we’ll challenge long-held narratives, empower you to make decisions aligned with your true self, and help you embrace the tension between honoring your family and living authentically.
