Areas of focus

A typical session can be reflective, non-directive/semi-directive, making space for a collaborative environment. Drawing from internal family systems (IFS) and humanistic principles, Richa delves into the understanding of sub-personalities (parts) that exist within individuals' lives. Her goal in therapy is to facilitate integration among all parts, enabling them to co-exist and support clients on their journey towards self-discovery. Richa focuses on people and their experiences, rather than the labels they receive, using a non-pathological framework.
