Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I offer online sessions internationally.
As a counsellor, I offer a collaborative and strengths-based approach, co-creating a space for you to explore yourself emotionally and psychologically, without judgement but instead with empathy, support, and compassion.
I focus on your frame of reference and commit to your well-being while we are working together, which may include aspects of culture, ethnicity, or socio-political dynamics, taking in consideration both the individual and the social. Having an understanding of the messages and behaviours in the wider world can often help individuals place the way they are feeling in a wider context.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for change, find their strengths, their voice, and be able to discover themselves as individuals within their relationships, communities, and the world

I work integratively, which means I use a number of complementary modalities such as solution-focused, psychodynamic, and existential. I am also influenced by ideas within critical psychology, post-colonialism, socialism, and buddhist ideas.
As a Filipino-American, I bring a unique perspective specifically in aspects of immigration, identity, otherness, cultural dynamics, self-esteem, racism, confidence, etc.
Ultimately, I work to support, empower, care, and listen to you as a client during our session, to hopefully find what you need and want, in response to your unique preferences.
My session fee is £60 for individuals per 50min session and £100 for couples per 1hr session
