Bio

Peace,
I am a holistic nomadic therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and communities through life's most challenging transitions.
As a Black, queer-affirming therapist, I specialize in working with clients navigating grief, relationship challenges, and periods of profound change. Whether you're processing loss, redefining your connections, or confronting the weight of oppressive systems, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
My approach is deeply person-centered, meaning you are the expert of your own experience. Together, we'll explore mindfulness practices to ground you in the present, somatic techniques to reconnect with your body, and tools to shift unhelpful thought and behavior patterns. I also bring a critical lens to the systems that shape our lives—white supremacy, capitalism, and other structures of oppression and offer support in navigating their impact on your mental health and relationships.
In addition to working with clients, I fill my cup via travel, collective activism, or deepening my own practices of mindfulness and somatic healing. My nomadic lifestyle reflects my belief in the transformative power of movement, both physically and emotionally.
If you're ready to embark on a journey of healing that honors your whole self– mind, body, and spirit– I'd be honored to work with you. Let's co-create a space where you can heal, grow, and reclaim your power.

Areas of focus

I use a blended, trauma-informed approach to work with clients experiencing anxiety, grief, and transition. In our sessions I pull from ancestral practices such as somatic and mindfulness-based modalities. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are western modalities I pull from.
