I'm Sara Ismail, I'm a somatic practitioner and artist living and working in Cairo, Egypt. I started learning somatics in 2013, with a very movement-based method, which I have now fully integrated into my larger set of tools. I work with both movement and with stillness. I want to support others as they sit with (or move with) and tend to what they feel and sense. Movement and stillness are portals to freedom and transformation, they are our first language and home.
