Hey there. My name is Sarah, and I offer gentle therapy and coaching for leftists, activists, millennials and gen zs. I’m licensed to provide therapy in Pennsylvania and Florida. I also offer therapeutic coaching across the US and internationally.
In our work together, you will heal from internalized ideas about success, value and productivity. Together we will normalize rest, tenderness and self-compassion which will benefit both you and your community. Our goal will be to work towards inner liberation, which will make fighting for outer liberation feel possible.
I understand that you’re dealing with plenty throughout the day. Managing a job, relationships, illness, disability on top of bearing witness to state violence, genocide and a deeply volatile economic system. Under capitalism, so much is asked of you, and so little returned.
I serve the working class, meaning the multi-racial, gendered, national group of people that keep our world running. I firmly believe that class consciousness and solidarity are a direct route to emotional, psychological and physical liberation.
I offer EMDR therapy, which is a great way to heal from trauma. I specialize in religious, spiritual, sexual and relational trauma.
As an anti-capitalist, socialist therapy, I also like to help therapists who are stuck at exploitative group practices. I help these folks build solo and/or cooperative practices. I currently offer individual and group coaching for therapists.

A little about me, I’m a community organizer who lives in Southeast Pennsylvania. I’m a later in life self-diagnosed autistic. I love reading political theory, and books on health and disability. I love my partner, our dear pets, my garden, and the feathered nest that we all call home. I love community, taking walks, exercising, singing and taking naps. I choose to live a colorful, alternative life than capitalism would choose for me.
