I’m a queer, able-bodied, first-generation Latina therapist. My approach is rooted in building real, meaningful relationships grounded in compassion, respect, and vulnerability. As a relational therapist, I believe healing happens in connection. I’m here to walk alongside you, not to “fix” you, but to support you in reconnecting with your most authentic self.

In our work together, my priority is to create a space where you feel deeply seen and safe enough to bring all parts of yourself. Your emotions, your stories, your questions, and your pain are all welcome here, without fear of judgment. I bring a trauma-informed lens to our sessions, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and EMDR. My work often centers around shadow work, intentional inner child healing, and tending to the relational wounds that have shaped how you move through the world.

I hold a deep commitment to liberation-focused therapy. For me, healing is not just about coping. It’s about remembering and reclaiming. It’s about coming back to yourself, your culture, your lineage, and the wisdom that’s always lived inside of you. Together, we’ll gently explore the parts of you that have been silenced, buried, or disconnected and begin the process of coming home.

This journey is also about naming and understanding how the systems around you have impacted your life. Whether it’s family dynamics, cultural expectations, or societal pressures, we’ll work together to unravel what no longer serves you and make space for a deeper sense of belonging and wholeness.

Healing is messy, nonlinear, and deeply human. There’s no one right way to do it, but I believe that with care, honesty, and connection, we can hold space for what hurts while also making room for what’s possible. You carry so much wisdom within you. I’m here to help you access it, step by step, with care and curiosity.
