Bio

I am a clinical psychologist with 11 years of experience. I primarily work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework. Together, we’ll clarify what is most important to you, identify your life goals, and strategize ways to reduce your suffering while moving you closer to those goals.
My approach is transparent, intersectional, and above all: human. All of your identities are welcome here, so let’s talk about how your mental health intersects with race, gender, sexuality, spirituality, and all the other parts that make you, you.
I specialize in working with clients (16+) who identify across the spectrums of gender and sexual orientation, and families who want to learn how to be more supportive of their loved ones. My (virtual) therapy room is a safe/brave space for anyone whose identity tends to be excluded from society.
I offer psychotherapy via telehealth. I also provide consultation and workshops around topics of diversity and mental health. To learn more and see if we might be a good fit, reach out for a free consultation.
