if you are looking for a safe space to transform, welcome! i would love to work with you if you are on the path of liberation and are looking for decolonized spiritual support. im a facilitator and a space holder and center liberatory love practices, ancestral practices, and earth practices. i started this journey when i realized that Buddhism in the west really needed some contextualization here especially on turtle island. i support people on their journey back to embodiment, and work with people in marginalized identities to feel seen and heard as they grapple with the trauma of the systems of oppression. i am an abolitionist, and a futurist. we get to build the world that we want to see and that starts with connecting back into our bodies and being held and supported through community. i dont believe in hierarchy or colonized structures in healing spaces. we are here to build together and in these sessions i will support you in creating space, build capacity, and facilitate ease in your body as we continue to find our ways out of the systems of oppression together.

1:1 Session Offerings
Ancestor Practice
if you have a practice where you connect with the ancestors, or would like to connect with the ancestors, we will work together, using trauma-informed embodiment exercises, and different earth-based practices, to commune with the ancestors. together, we will create rituals that feel connected for you, as you tap into the support of the ancestors, of the earth, and the unseen beings.
Radical Imagination
This is a pack of 2 sessions of practice. I offer this intensive sessions for folks who want to connect deeply with their imaginations. we deserve to reclaim our connection to our imagination, to learn to vision, and create the world we want to see together. in these sessions we will do some somatic body work, different visioning exercises, and you will be connecting with your heart and ultimately connect with your vision for your life and the world. Incorporating the teachings of Black Radical Feminism, and Buddhist practice, we will carve out a path to reconnect deeply with your imagination.
Tapping into your Magic - Energy Work
in this session, we will use guided practices combining earth-based practice, buddhist practice, and energy practice to feel into your inner magic. we often forget our magic, and in these times of liberation and awakening, it's so important we tap back into our power and feel our potential!
Grief Work
our hearts are breaking all the time, especially as we witness the violence of colonization. in this session, we will build grief practices and rituals to support heartbreak, rage, sadness, and the multitude of feelings that arise with heartbreak. using trauma-informed embodiment techniques, we will be able to physically soothe your nervous system, allowing you to release and create more space and ease.
