Our workshops center anti-oppressive, abolitionist, and decolonial frameworks. We don’t water things down. We explore mental health and wellness as political, relational, and collective.
Every mental health workshop is created by folks with deep lived experience, cultural wisdom, and radical insight. We partner with survivors, community leaders, therapists, organizers, and healers to help us continue to learn.
