Bio

Hi there! I’m Dina Bdaiwi~
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who’s passionate about decolonizing therapy and creating affirming spaces for the girls, gays, and theys.

I specialize in supporting folks navigating neurodivergence, body image concerns, and the impact of trauma. Whether you need a space to process heavy experiences or just want a therapist who understands the importance of memes and humor in healing, I'm here for it!

As a proud mix of Mexican and Syrian/Lebanese, I celebrate cultural diversity and bring a lens of intersectionality into therapy. Together, we’ll work to challenge patriarchy, diet culture, and white supremacy while building deeper self-connection.

My therapeutic toolkit includes:

EMDR & Brainspotting for processing difficult memories
Feminist therapy for empowering conversations
Art and mindfulness practices for grounding and balance
At the heart of my work is helping you feel safer in your body, connected with humanity, and empowered in your story.
